I was a driver for friend, to this office. We called ahead as we were stopped in a traffic accident. The office staff “Gabriele” said as long as you arrive by 10 mins after your appointment Dr Bell said she would see you. We arrived on time and checking in when DR. Bell changed here mind. This is very unprofessional, rude and unkind. In addition, we chose Trinity Health Because of reputation and kind providers. However, this was not the case. My husband was an emergency situation while we were at our usual get away from home location. Dr Pierera was exceptional, as well as his PA's and nurses. Covid has had some effects on some of the others, but they have been kind and thorough. And they have kept our home doctors in the loop. Communication between professionals and nurses have been wonderful. The office, I'd give a C+. I have dealt with this office previously and had no issues. But this go around I feel like I didn't have enough information they just let me go after my procedure and it took them over three weeks to fill out my FMLA and my short-term disability. I turned it in November 23rd and today is December 13th and they still don't have it filled out. And I had to pay $50 for them to do it . So I recommend if you need any kind of a paperwork done don't count on getting it when you need it.

Had serious issues in the C3-C6 area, Dr. Marquart did the Neuro surgery... outstanding work! Great follow up and after care. Now working with PA Balkema on a few minor Neurological issues. Glad to have such an invaluable resource so close. Staff always greets you with a smile...
