I am beyond disappointed in the staff at this office. They seemed so friendly at first, I trusted them and thought I was in good hands, but because of the unclear information that I received from the office staff, I was tossed out of a very important study that would have changed my life. They were uncaring and treated me like I was a bother and unimportant.
Friendly, knowledgable, and helpful – A couple months after hurting my foot playing basketball, and negative xrays from the local hospital, my physician recommended me to the Shoreline Foot & Ankle Health Center. So this morning I had an 8:45am appointment, but arrived about early at 8:05, and they got me in about 5 mins after filling out the paperwork.
