I booked a cruise on the Horicon for a friend and myself. It was a smoke free cruise however my friend and I could smell cigarette smoke on the cruise very strongly at least two different times, which bothered my lungs. On a separate note, my friend and I were close to the speakers on the cruise but it was difficult to make out the captain’s narration not really getting the full picture of what we were looking at or what may have happened historically on Lake George.
Arachnophobia at its worst!! The movie literally had nothing on this boat. No air conditioning and you can’t even put your head out the window because literally every single window had 1”+ spiders. They were on the lights, inside, outside. Absolutely disgusting. Let’s not discuss the fact that the food is buffet style with people unmasked & grabbing their corn with their hands. I will never, ever come back.

Call lake George shore lines out on what they promise. I seen multiple parents get told that children do not get complimentary soda on certain cruises even though it is described in the cruise summery. At the ticket both they would not give my underage kids a blue ticket. The moment I showed them the cruise description I received a eye roll and blue tickets for my children.
