Took a dinner cruise and the dining room is extremely tight. No room. Keep bumping into people, and havent even got to the buffet line. Lots of people complaining.
I have been on a lot of boats .. Walking in the boat and climbing up the stairs I fell and the man just sat there and did NOTHING he had his lemonade on the end of the stairway crushed that in my fall... Then they allow smoking .. I told the people o didn't survive breast cancer to get ling cancer move it along ! Please .. The guy that drives the boat doesn't talk the whole 2 hrs on the boat .. The top upper deck was sticky and gross .. Won't go on the Adirondack again!! Disappointed all around !!!
The bartender at Monte Cristos recommended this tour over others because of the friendly staff. She wasn't kidding! Great service and the staff went out of their way to personalize our tour. Love our family pic photobombed by the Captain! Thanks for a fun day!

My family and I purchased Groupon's for the Adirondac! Not only did Groupon's page say a 1:30 departure time, but when we called not once, but TWICE, we were told 1:30. We get there and the captain was rude and obnoxious! It was my first time on Shoreline and will be my last! I will never pay for that kind of rudeness again!
