They told me NO PETS...only Service Animals!...However, my small Pomeranian and I were attacked by a Pit Bull...and they are allowing Pit Bulls here!...So far, I've seen 4...have complained about this...to no avail.

Great spot and new management is getting it together in an awesome way. Love being able to see the water and watching the community grow.
Love this place..great river views and great maintainance staff..office staff is great also and the rents are so reasonable..
Dont waste your time or money aptms look oK until you move in everything started breaking after two weeks infested with bugs & they don't fix anything .....they agreed to let me out of my lease because they didn't want to fix the problems in my unit & agreed to give me my deposit back & lied my deposit was never returned back to my the office members were rude & disrespectful these are a bunch of dirty run down apptms
