I have been going to the Omni pool for years with my friends and family taking advantage of the various offerings on Resort Pass. Every time I have gone to the Omni pool has been a wonderful, relaxing, and enjoyable experience with excellent customer service. The facilities are top notch, the poolside bar has great food and cocktails, and the staff and management are kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. We loved the Omni Shoreham! They took such great care of us, everyone was so polite and spoke to us. The valet service was outstanding! Besrat was 100 percent the best! We managed to watch our big sprinter van get detailed and got a window replaced. Someone broke our window at another hotel and they didn’t do anything to help us. We will always pick the Omni! Our BellHop Sephen was so kind to us everyday. Thank you to all of you!
