Had a great Two years here This was my and my partner's first apartment together and we loved it. We rented a 1 bedroom on Champagne. The appliances are mostly new. The laundry hookup spot was small but functional for us. We never had bug problems and Adams came to spray once a month. Management was great at communication and maintenance was fast. Horrible Management & Roaches The only good thing I have to say about these apartments is that my neighbors were lovely and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. I had a really bad roach problem throughout my apartment that got so bad where I stayed with family most of the time because I was extremely uncomfortable. Roaches would come out my vents, my kitchen sink and my bath tub. I used to spray my apartment with roach spray on a weekly basis, but it did not help. I lived in Shoreham for over a year and honestly it felt like home. Everyone of the staff members were compassionate and kind. They showed their concern for every one of my maintenance requests and got them fixed with urgency. I was able to form wonderful relationships with Brandy and Sherri. After my move to Kansas City I still often miss living at Shoreham not only because of the affordability and the renovations but because we were a community of friends and neighbors. The most beautiful apartment complex in Albany!! Very well maintenance, beautiful scenery, extremely homey and welcoming. The manager and staff are amazing in every way possible!! Very pleased won’t this complex!!!!! Breathetaking!!!
Perfectly Decent Apartment Stayed here for 6 months. Perfectly fine apartment as far as I know. Had some HVAC issues, and the guy fixed it pretty quickly. Also had half my electrical circuits go out right when I moved in, but they had somebody fix the meter pretty much immediately, so no complaints there either. I didn't interact with the management much at all, except for signing the lease. They seem like perfectly fine people, and the apartments are in good shape. Great Southern Hospitality This apartment complex is great! The office staff know the true meaning of Southern Hospitality. They made me feel welcome the very first time I walked in the door. The landscape of the place is beautiful, trust me even the driveway is amazing! My apartment was wonderful! I had a balcony with a view of the lake, it was seriously the best view. Perfect Location I am loving my apartment! Being transferred to Albany, I knew nothing about this city. Brandy and Sherry are so accommodating and knowledgeable about Albany. They suggested the most amazing restaurant within walking distance called The Rocket. Everyone is so nice and I have the best neighbors anyone could ask for. Thank you to everyone at Shoreham Apartments for making me feel at home!
Shoreham has been a blessing in many ways. The staff is more like family, they have met my needs in so many different ways! They have loved me like a daughter since the day I walked into the property. My neighbors, the location, and the view have become a part of my life and well being.
