Rheane from Watercrest investments promised me in writing that my security deposit would be used for my last month's rent if I vacated. Charged me for rent anyways, kept my apartment keys, and still haven't returned my deposit. Dishonest
Lady ghosted me on a tour day. If this is how they treat people willing to pay them money, I can only imagine how they treat people who are contractually obligated to give them money
Lived at the Shorecrest for almost 5 years and loved it. Great location, great property manager, and lots of space for a 1 bedroom in this area. Highly recommend!
I have lived at shore crest for 3 years, I love it love it love it here. if I wasn't planning on moving to Florida I would definitely still be here Management is great when you send in your request for anything that needs to be fixed they're right there on time I love love this place you have a chance to rent here please do
