I was told that I qualified for a townhome! I live three hours away and did everything in my power to communicate and meet Alex and Julia’s requests at Shore Point Real Estate. She had to go through him for approval on all decisions made. He called to tell me that there was 100’s of applicants and became angry when I requested to break down the $4,800 deposit in addition to Prorated rent which I was required I move in right away, “its one in a half x rent! Alex and Julia did an amazing job with helping me with buy my first place! It went smoothly, they were supportive and responsive throughout the entire process. They were able to schedule for me to see a couple of places I liked from Zillow pretty quickly and to fit in with my schedule. Alex also set up another notification system to look at any real estate that comes on the market that only realtors have access to and he told me "to call anytime if something comes up that I'm interested in because the real estate goes fast".... read more
