Humongous lack of respect. you catch them in a lie and confront them on it and egos get bruised. remember people, in situations like these go straight to the city and lawyer up.
My Family lived here for 11 years, the rent kept going up, the place was infested with roaches and mice. Management mishandles the paperwork and refuses to correct it. They lie about the income amount, and when asked for more questions, they get pissed and are willing to call the cops. Stay away from this place, and if you're considering moving in, be sure to lawyer up!

My mother lives here. They have her in a 5th floor with no elevator. Apartment is infested with roaches. The management don't do much. They also have been doing a lot of errors and no fault evictions. They did not did a lot of recertification and up date incomes. They take no responsibility once so ever. One of the staff told a lot of tenants that there Raft was in process and it was a lie!
I live here currently and I'm looking to leave. Not a place to raise kids . Too much violence
