Sharing a personal experience we are currently dealing with. On August 30, 2026 our air conditioning stopped working and we put in a work order the same day to have it fixed as our home temperature had reached 97 degrees (picture for reference that we shared with Shore Management). It is now September 06, 2026 and our home is still unbearably hot and the AC unit has not been fixed. We will keep all parties involved honest and follow up in this post when the issue does finally get resolved.

Had a showing at a potential property. The agent didn’t introduce himself to me and was not friendly. No eye contact or warmth… had to lead the conversation and it was awkward. I’m choosing another PM company because of this experience. I went out of my way to introduce to the agent. He extended his hand for a handshake and culturally, I don’t generally shake hands and he made a comment like, “there you go… shake hands”. It made me feel put down and belittled. Scheduled an apartment tour and completely ghosted at the meeting time, still have not received a response to any calls or emails. Very unprofessional.

I have been renting from Shore Management for 17 years since 2009. They have always have been fair and good to me. In 2021 when the owner of my rental put the property up for sale i was in such a tough situation with Covid. There was no rentals. They found me exactly what I wanted close by and gave me a great offer since I had been a good long tern Tenant. when ever anything has been wrong they have done a great job fixing things promptly and have done a great job. If you're searching for a rental, I strongly recommend avoiding this company. I rented a small 2 bedroom property in Mission Beach for 8 years, 4 with the previous management company (Bill Luther, who were fantastic) and the following 4 with Shore, and the experiences could not have been more different. With Shore, we consistently had issues.
