The weather, food and ambience was great. The resort was built in 1948. We looked at all the wonderful pictures on the wall showing the past. We watch 3 young children, the future, swim to the trampoline and jump into the lake. The ice tea with added huckleberries was very tasty, the huckleberry margarita looked great also.
My in-laws treated all 11 of us for a special dinner on the patio this evening and we were disheartened to find out that we couldn't all sit together even though we had a reservation. I found this surprising as they had empty tables and we were told they couldn't push them together for us, so we sat at 2 different tables. Sorry, but if we would of known this we would of choose elsewhere to celebrate.
We had a wonderful time! I just wish they had a bar at the pool! As busy as they were this week, the staff was always more than accommodating. I will definitely be heading here again this winter!

My wife and I were given gift certificates to stay at the Shore Lodge lastnight. We had a wonderful time. Dinner our room stay were excellent including the employees.
We stopped in for a drink before a wedding. The view was beautiful and the drinks were great, but the service was a little slow. The hotel is amazing inside and out.
