Excellent service, The food is outstanding so is Lakside view
Very disappointed this stay. We were given a “warning” call about the renovation, but thought the resort, as we know it, would excel in their attempts to make our experience as memorable as we expected. We were sorely disappointed. From check-in, to housekeeping, to room service, to the makeshift “bar”, it was very disappointing. We expected to see the same staff downstairs as we were accustomed to seeing in the area being renovated, but the staff was rude and unapologetic for the lack of accommodations. Stopped to have lunch, the new Cutwater restaurant has beautiful views and atmosphere. We chose to eat inside, but the outside seating looked just as nice. Will definitely be back.
One of our favorite places in Idaho. Thanks for making a family wedding one of the most enjoyable and memorable experiences! Christian and his team stewarded the party so well and the updated decor still maintained the romantic, mountain lodge feel! Can't wait for the next one!
