Have been a Shore Line customer since the late 80's at numerous locations. Have always had a great experience until today. After purchasing a 4 gallon bucket of glue and a 25lb bag of patch, I was offered no loading assistance. That has never happened in all the years as a customer. I have no problem loading small things, but heavy things yes. I guess it's another business with no customer service anymore.
