No, my decisions were always respected Does the pediatrician interact with both you and your child during appointments? Yes, they interacted with both of us Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed Did this pediatrician have good bedside manner and were they well-liked by your child? No, but we continue to see them

I would absolutely recommend them to my friends looking for a good pediatrician. They were fantastic with my kids. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.

Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Did this pediatrician have good bedside manner and were they well-liked by your child? Yes, and my child loves them! Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great

Extremely knowledgeable and caring. Takes time to explain things to you. We made our decision to use Dr. Shor because we wanted the personal care that a one doctor office provides. She has seen our children from the 1st day they were born till now 10 years later. We believe this continuity of care has been critical in maintaining the health of our children. I highly recommend Dr. Shor.

The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

I was never uncomfortable Does this provider have helpful information available online? No, just a basic listings page Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked

Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around
