Said wait was significantly shorter than it was. Been here two times in two days to try to get a cut at off peak hours and I'm still tempted to walk out. Smdh.
First I want to say I am not a sports fan, but since I got a certificate for a free MVP haircut in a welcome package when I moved to the area, and hadn't had a hair cut in over 3 years, I would not have gone. I will say that I do like the concept and felt it a welcoming atmosphere. I was greeted as soon as I entered. Natalia illas did a fabulous job on my husbands hair. She shaped it just right and everything blended together so nicely! I highly recommend her as her customer service skills were 5 stars.
Hi all, I have been going to Sports Clips with my whole family for over a year. People at Sports Clips are very nice and professional. They treat all with the same courtesy and respect. By the way hair grows back in a couple of weeks even it is bit uneven or it could be that my head is uneven. Peace and live life....Joy
I just came in with my two sons. My older son had his hair cut but my two year old who is very good with haircuts was moving just a little bit as two year olds do and the lady started cutting his hair and then said she couldn't finish it because he was moving too much. So now I have to go get my sons hair fixed somewhere else. Horrible place.

I am happy it worked out for you. We understand. Sometime kids respond differently to different environments. The kids place is great for kids who struggle to stay in place - we get that.
