This is a nice enough store, but their online pickup service is terrible. After arriving and following the check in instructions, I waited over 25 minutes before someone finally came out with my order. After the first 10 minutes I tried calling their Shop From Home extension and got no response, then tried calling the customer service desk - no answer.
