Very friendly staff, but ultimately not the right fit for first-time home buyers. After the initial meeting explaining the home-buying process, communication and guidance became very limited. Organization shows very little concern for any community, and openly litters. This issue has occurred multiple times and I encourage individuals to find a more respectful/professional company.
