I was an patient here for a while but ended up having to call Ontario Health to remove myself from their practice. Very rude and unhelpful receptionist who does not have any customer service skills. I don't want to share personal details but all I would recommend any new patients is to avoid this place like a plague unless you are willing to risk your life.
Poor reception, not giving correct information
I’ve been a client for 30 years. My wife, daughter, grand kids and son in law are also clients so our exposure to the staff and doctors is wide spread . Dr. Fields would consistently champion any health issue with timely referrals and follow up. The new owners have been likewise attentive, caring and a pleasure to work with. Despite the comments and low stars I read here. I rate this clinic a 5 .I’ve been a patient here for over 20 years. I have seen Medical Front Line staff come and go for their reasons. Without them there wouldn’t be a medical clinic, patients to fill the doctor’s practice. Give them some slack. They work extremely hard to accommodate everyone. They have to screen calls , Sure we can say they are a pain or can’t get us in when we want to on our time. They know when urgent cases need to be looked after. Be extra nice to them , ... read more
Most of these posts are negative against certain (but not all!) receptionists, however; don't let some receptionist's rude behaviour stop you from booking an appointment with the amazing and dedicated doctors that work at this clinic!! My receptionist Angela is always helpful and my doctor - who is not taking new patients, sorry! - is Dr. Libman and she is OUTSTANDING in my books...and my sister's books...and her husband...and her grown children!
