Note that I did not get a chance to personally visit the clinic, so the purpose of my review is to solely outline the support I felt of the receptionist on duty at this clinic on Jan 03, 2026. I was directed to one of the doctors at this clinic for my illness, as my own family doctor was initially not available to see me sooner and my family clinic was part of the “Circle of Care”. I have been with this centre for a long time.
Just rescheduled an appointment and the receptionist was as pleasant as a glass of spoiled milk
I was an patient here for a while but ended up having to call Ontario Health to remove myself from their practice. Very rude and unhelpful receptionist who does not have any customer service skills. I don't want to share personal details but all I would recommend any new patients is to avoid this place like a plague unless you are willing to risk your life.
