Very nice staff, they just don't follow through with orders or repairs. I'm tired of chasing them down to spend money. Guess I'll go somewhere else to shop.

Absolutely the worst on-line store I have ever purchased from! They would not accept my return even though it was unused, unopened still in the original box. My order conformation even reads: 45 Day No-Hassle Returns That is a complete lie! I highly recommend you never purchase from this fraudulent company!!

Nice selection of grills and accessories, but almost no offerings of rubs, sauces, and seasonings. Would have liked to seen more in that area being a BBQ store. Please start carrying more rubs and seasonings.

I found a product on their site I wanted but then literally hours later, I stumbled upon it in a store for much cheaper. I called to cancel my order and there was no hassle. ( product hadn't left warehouse yet) My credit card was immediately refunded back.
