Had an issue were the paypal shipping address went to the billing address when it redirected to their site. They sent to my home address instead of shipping and my dog chewed the crap out of it. They tried to say it was my fault that I manually changed it. Which is not what happen. Non trusted people .... I received a quote IN WRITING for a product which was good for 15 days. I called back on Day 12 or 13 and wanted to by the product. They said that their prices have changed (increased of course!) as it's a different month. I was shocked! What the hell! I had extremely difficult time to have them honor the price that they offered and confirmed in writing and was not yet expired! I agree with Shelley below...The positive reviews have to be fabricated. I'm not going to get into the details because I have already wasted enough of my life dealing with ShoppersChoice, but if anyone is thinking of using them BEWARE!!!! Under no circumstances would I recommend anyone buying from them.
I have no doubt that the majority of the positive reviews are fake. Only on their personal site are their positive reviews, all the other sites are 1-2 stars. I ordered a sink, fridge, grill and drawer. Over $2000. ALL of the items came badly scratched and dented. The sink had been used as it was covered in water spots. Their offer...to send me scratch remover to try to remove all the scratches. THESE WERE SUPPOSE TO BE BRAND NEW AND WERE COVERED IN SCRATCHES. Deceptive practice. Do not purchase from them, hidden “gotchas”.
I received a previously opened and damaged chaise lounge. It is like pulling teeth to even get a reply as to how this will be rectified. I will not contact you again. The next step is to put a dispute and stop payment on my credit card. Order # N24763112C
OK the return shipping on was 26.95- what the.... Ridiculous dont bother look for a more transparent return process before you buy- don't participate, this is a rip-off
