A+ customer service, I call around to find a store that sells beeswax. I make the drive over here after being told they do and I get there. Ask one person where I can find it. He looks for 30 seconds and can't find it. States it must have been moved and hands me to someone else who looks for 2 minutes and can't find and says it must have been moved sorry and walks away. Seriously? What type of operation are you running ?

Shoppers True Value Hardware is one of my very favorite family owned small businesses. The customer service is fast, friendly, and always helpful. The selection is mind boggling. I love going in and just browsing. I always find what I need and almost always find something I didn't know I needed.
How could you NOT love going in there. They have everything you need, plus Jessica and Tom! Need I say more
I always go to TV for any hardware, electrical, garden, kitchen , etc. supplies. Seriously, they have everything.Great folks.!Shop local!
As a woodworker, I find what I need at this store. As a contractor and home repair man, I find what I need here. As a homeowner, it's the first, and usually the last place I stop. Informative are everyone that works there, personable is what they exonerate. Part of the True Value family is how they make you feel.
