a nice place, with genuinely nice people. I am not always in there, but I have had keys made, bought gifts and cards there, things for my plants, and an Adirondack chair. just a friendly community store. you can go in and browse without being bothered, and I really like that.
I recently moved to South Portland and Shoppers True Value is now my hardware store of choice. Their service is excellent. They’ve helped with projects and purchases of all sizes. I purchased a wheelbarrow and a grill, both of which were promptly and professionally delivered to my home. I highly recommend this store.
Much, much more than a hardware store. The folks I recommend it to recognize it for the little gem of a place that it is. Shhhh. The folks from away are coming. Let's just keep it between us.

I like this True Value so much I used to shop when they were down a few doors (I know I am old.) LOL You can buy lovely gifts, and electrical and most household tools and gadgets.
