I was just told that if I purchased a 60 dollar pillow from them, and it wasn't comfortable that I'd have to swallow the cost of it because they don't do returns. Maybe they should be working with the companies they purchase products from for store rebates on returns. They just lost a 60 dollar sale, and they don't really seem busy enough to lose a customer over such foolishness. Whatever happened to good customer service?
