Good store selection
If there were a 0-star option, I’d give it. Every visit involves an extremely long wait, often with no seating available. I’ve had to wait with a young baby, which is unacceptable. Yet arriving only a few minutes late once resulted in the appointment being refused. This seems to be how they operate every time, with no respect for patients’ time.
