As a small credit union, they sold us services, and then tried to say their contract said a financial institution couldn't use said services. They were never able to produce any wording in the contract showing this, and only issued a partial refund. I filed a BBB complaint, which did ZERO good- all they kept responding was that they issued a partial refund. Upon signing up, we were completely misled about how our ad campaign would run. We were told it would be managed a certain way, but that was not the case at all. My staff even had to pull receipts to prove the ads weren’t running — and on multiple occasions, there was nothing but empty register tape. When we tried to contact Jordan (the rep who signed us up), we were told he no longer worked there. Total waste of almost 5K. I don't recommend register tape advertising at all. Lesson learned.
