Investments have performed horribly and consistently very late in tax season getting K1s out. Absolutely nothing redeeming about this company.
Shame on this developer for not saving the original Sears store at the Westminster store in the mall itself for turning it into bloody condos and apartments or basically a mixed-use development project when the mall was historic. I don't know the developer stands on the mall I don't know if they try to save it or they wanted it demolish for money to get mixed development for properties but you know what there's a need for malls you know tearing walls down it's not good for society because people need malls and this small par... read more
Invested tens of thousands of dollars with shopoff over 6 years ago. Very little to almost no return on investment. I regret following (at the time) my financial advisors advice and doing this investment. The positive reviews are from employees, not those of us who invested. I've called several times. They have zero updates. I am starting to believe this was all a scam
