It is a horrible investment. I invested 200 K with them 2 yrs ago and repent doing it. They now keep seeking more money as a tactic to keep you quiet. I am seriously considering legal action and we as investors should think about a class action suite. Pls collaborate with me on this. Thanks
Very ethical, I know it's a hard business and I just look at the economy in general is still in tough shape. These people have done so much to take care of the people that trust them with their investments. I don't know if anyone could have anticipated the office market with so many empty buildings or the financial system that virtually abandoned so many projects since covid. I still trust Bill and company that they are truly honest and are doing the best they can with the volitarity of the market.
Investments have performed horribly and consistently very late in tax season getting K1s out. Absolutely nothing redeeming about this company.
