My experience was great! I am the type of person that has a hard time picking out glasses but Kattallina took the time to help me pick out a few frames and helped me pick out a cute pair! I definitely will go back for my eye exams in the future!

I recently visited Shopko Optical and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and welcome. Dr. Mindy Niemeier was fantastic, she took the time to thoroughly explain my eye exam results and answered all of my questions with patience and care. Kattallina was fabulous. She replaced my eyeglass pads and adjusted the ear pieces. Awesome!
Disappointed in their ineptitude to inform me that my eye exam was canceled. Voicemail inbox is full - so I can hear my deceased mother's voice once in awhile. So text me since you send several appointment confirmations prior to the appointment VIA TEXT!
