Janelle was the worker who helped me! She is so amazing! When my kids broke my glasses beyond repair, so I called in as a last resort when no one else could help me. Janelle did everything she could to assist with getting me my brand of contacts I could pick up same day so I could see again- while waiting for the glasses I ordered to come in! Janelle absolutely saved the day (and saved my camping trip coming up this weekend) Thank you so much for the compassion you showed me during my time of crisis!
Great service! Dr. Fredrickson is great, and Riley was patient while I picked out frames and helpful while explaining the differences in the lens options. Always great service at the Plover store!
New to needing glasses and was a little nervous but the staff was great! They all know their stuff and Jess was great! Helped me pick a pair of glasses that fit and look good. Big thanks to Shopko optical!!!
I think you sell cheap frames. The bow broke off and the whole frame had to be replaced.
Absolutely never coming again. I needed glasses quick and I usually go to sterling optical (love them) but I tried this place since it’s by where I work. NOTHING is sanitized before your initial exam (eye pressure check and pictures of your eyes) so you press your face up against the same stuff everyone else does and it’s never cleaned.
