Absolutely never coming again. I needed glasses quick and I usually go to sterling optical (love them) but I tried this place since it’s by where I work. NOTHING is sanitized before your initial exam (eye pressure check and pictures of your eyes) so you press your face up against the same stuff everyone else does and it’s never cleaned. If you look at the equipment it’s caked in makeup and dust (absolutely revolting) can’t forget you walk in and are welcomed by the smell of the worst BO. And every room smells that way. Very helpful and compassionate Dr. (Bevers) and staff! They make sure every customer is comfortable with exceptional care and service! Had a mix up with trial contacts and they made up for it for the inconvenience. Top notch all the way around.
It was ok at first then I had problems with frames breaking my lenses 5 times same frames same issue it happened when I wasn't even wearing them. They insisted it was my fault at first I had to argue with them to let me exchange them. Next was my daughters first pair of contacts. They showed her how to put them in etc. She told them after her 2 weeks that they hurt and were uncomfortable. They told her it takes a while to get used to them.
