10/10 Bob is amazing he waited tonight for us to go get my 8 year olds glasses 🤓 since she had lost her prior ones and has been without for more then a few weeks now life save thank you Bob you are awesome for going that extra mile for us thanks a million!
Had to stop in for something and schedule an appointment for my daughter (7). They happened to have a few cancelations so they were able to get us in right away! We had Dr. Hafeman and he was awesome! Very nice and conversational to my little lady. Even got her her understanding why she should wear them. Then had our order wrapped up with August who is just a wonderful, welcoming person! I've worked with him before but he is just awesome! And the lady who began our visit was awesome too!!!
My experience in store was great with Maggie however my experience calling the store after they left a voicemail stating my glasses got shipped to a different location was not great. I called and I asked the gentleman who answered the phone if they knew where my glasses currently were. They responded “I’m not sure where they are. That’s a great question.” So needless to say I still have zero answers on where my glasses currently are but apparently they’ll be in on Monday (over the two week shipping period provided) even thou... read more
