Sat with associate for almost two hours trying to get my new glasses ordered, paid almost $500 and now after almost three weeks of waiting for my glasses I’m told no order was found or placed even though they where paid for n have receipt. I’m so upset, now I have to drive all the way back to there store to find out what the heck is going on..
