Super nice and helpful
Expensive and hard to find time to get there to get my glasses adjusted due to limited store hours.

***I am editing this review because my issue was resolved*** Some of the staff here are sooo great!! Excellent customer service. I had an issue with a contacts order, and I called hoping to resolve it. The manager that answered the phone was immediately defensive, and very rude to me. Maybe that's how he makes sales, but I don't appreciate bullies. I was very upset, and tried to call another store to resolve my issue and get more information.
