I ordered new glasses on 3/24/2025. After receiving them I could not wear them at all, they were so strong!! I entered Shopko Optical on Westowne Drive in Neenah Wisconsin. I entered the store said Good Morning and she looked at me and said morning no smile. I explained my issues and twice she said to me (I like mine). Very poor service. I tried numerous times to call for an appointment and some questions and never get a person to answer. Yesterday I walked up to the counter and the girl up there had her back to me doing a repair and never actnoledged me. There were three other workers in there and none of them said anything to me. Why send me emails to set up an appointment when you can't get any help on the phone or when you walk in. I was in recently and had a terrible experience. The optometrist did not do a full comprehensive exam. They are very understaffed and extremely rude, and shouldn't be in customer service roles. In particular, Crasity. This experience cost them a sale, which was overpriced. Go somewhere else!!!!
