Outstanding professional, caring service. I had a contact lens exam and a contact lens fitting. Dr. Maureen Arthur’s was very kind and precise. I can see beautifully! Nell the manager who works there is also phenomenal and goes the distance to make sure the customer is happy. Her personality is outa site! James was so sweet too! He even went out of his way to help me with a question. Love Shopko! I’m so glad I found Shopko Optical! It’s truly an A+ company!
I took in bent sunglasses to see if they could repair them. Not only did they fix them, but they cleaned them and everything was free of charge. I'm not even a current customer but I will be recommending them any chance I get.
Carla and Nell were super busy when we were in Saturday 5-31!! They could not have been more accommodating or patient with my husband and I:) we made the change to use Shopko Optical a couple of years ago and your team in the West Madison store is the reason we keep coming back!!! We were helped immediately and never felt rushed when picking out frames. We tell our friends to make the switch, too!!
