I want to give a huge shout-out to Karen for her incredible help today! I was on a mission to repair my elderly mother's glasses—she can’t make it into the clinic anymore, and her frames are tough to replace. After being turned away from a few places in town and learning Shopko couldn’t replace them directly, Karen stepped in and went above and beyond. I have been going here for several years now. Both doctors are friendly and explain things very clearly...pun intended. The rest of the staff are also amazing and take time to explain insurance plans and they compare store offers with insurance coverage to get the best out of pocket deal. They are all super easy to work with.
I've been ging here for 3 years now for my all my glasses, sun and regular. This week I brought in a pair that had broken. Wil went above and beyond searched all there spare glasses parts and installed a matching pair of temple stems to replace the one I had broken. I'm sure most places would try to push new frames. That is why I will be back. They have full service with eye doctors and plenty of frames to choose from with all the lense options.
I loved it the people there was so kind and really easy to talk to as well, The boy Wil he was a really good worker as well
Dr. Harris was knowledgeable and honest. Draevun was helpful and answered all my questions with zero annoyance. Highly recommend
