Staff are extremely kind and helpful! Liz even went out of her way to save my mom as much as she could after they were supposed to be closed. Will be returning for my next appointment!

Terrible. We had to use this Shopko due to a scheduling conflict. The staff hounded me with multiple phone calls to confirm my insurance prior to our appointments, even going so far as to ask if my insurance was medical assistance. Once there for the appointments, the staff tried to add all sorts of extra tests that our regular doctor does not do. The assistant Scott and the Dr. Bergstrom were both rude, impatient, and did not listen to my concerns, even though I am an RN. The appointments took 2.5 hours, the same amount of ... read more
