Sarah was able to help me get a replacement pair of glasses through the warranty program ordered for my daughter after she had broken the frame. She was incredibly helpful, quick, pleasant & was able to honor the pricing. We always have a great experience at this location and will be choosing to exclusively utilize this location going forward.
We enjoy going to the Shopko Optical in De Pere. Everyone there is always nice, and helpful. Especially Lillie and Dr. Taylor! Great personalities. My boys and I will be back! You can tell they all get along and support each other, even through the employee shortage. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.
