Lillie was very personable and friendly, Dr Tanner Taylor, efficient and frirndly, informative, a welcome laid back setting.
This visit at the location of De Pere was a pleasant visit. I came in and I let them be aware that my glasses were unfortunately destroyed and I needed a replacement as soon as possible. Being I had a previous eye exam with them before my chart was on file which made things easier enabling the process to go fast. I received a call today that shocked me that my glasses were in. I had a scheduled appointment at 8:15am today, showed up for the appointment and the doors were locked. Someone who worked there was also there locked out waiting for someone for over 15 minutes and then another worker showed up talking about how they overslept and will have to cancel my appointment so unprofessional and rude never again will I do business here.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had getting glasses! The optometrist and staff were all kind and patient. They replaced the nose pads on my new glasses and made adjustments until they fit just right. BadgerCare completely covered the exam and a pair of bifocals. Now I can drive safely and read comfortably. Thank you so much, Shopko!
