They do their best to find you the best deal. Part of their success comes from their retention in staff. Beck, Aldrin, Patty , Rita and Dr. Gratwold always go above and beyond.

I appreciate them helping me...I broke my glasses and my frames were not repairable so they put my lenses in a frame they had free....I'm so grateful! thank you do much
Mark their prices way up then mark them down to original price making people think they are getting a deal, I have picked up the same item at Walmart a lot cheaper, I mean more than half the price of Shopko
One star is way too many..worst treatment I ever got in an optical store...doctors office... ANY WHERE..!!!..and I've been wearing glasses for 52 years..they tried to shame me for being on Medicaid told me if I wanted better I should PAY FOR THEM MYSELF...!!..gave me nasty..solution for my old contacs...now hours later my eyes are still burning...!!!...
They didn't have what I was looking for today, but they definitely have a staff willing to help. :-)
