Always a pleasant experience. Wonderful customer service. Korie was extremely helpful as were the other ladies. My Optometrist is always amazing! Appreciate all the help. The upgraded place looks great too!
Sloppy Sloppy Sloppy. Lazy staff Unknowledgeable with any of the equipment. No actual Optometrist onsite, all virtual. Even after they ran my 2 insurances, they still wanted over $300 for very basic glasses and lenses.
My appointment was great. They were very nice and helpful. But it took 3 weeks for me to receive my glasses which was very disappointing.
April is my favorite and someone should give her a raise. Such a gem and a blessing every time
