I went in to have my glasses repaired, 10 minutes later repaired, good as new FREE OF CHARGE!!. Great service, friendly, helpful staff.
I purchased glasses here and went back 6 times and they couldn't fit them properly.
Dr was great but I did not appreciate their pushy sales tactics to buy glasses from them. After multiple explanations these people wouldn’t take no for an answer. The office manager Brooklyn was obnoxious and overbearing. Would not recommend them.
The Beloit staff was amazing, specifically optician April. Her attention to detail, patients, understanding and ability to provide clear and concise guidance/communication was impeccable. Thank you all for the amazing service!
