Told they accept Molina over the phone. Magically when I get there they don't. Liars
Got an eye exam, pretty easily, ordered a new pair of glasses, recieved them. They are not what I picked out, sent a message to sort this out and got no response. Sent a message again just asking for my prescription so I could order glasses elsewhere and didn't get a response to that either. There's also a sewage smell in the place that needs to be tended to.
I’ve been to Shopko got 2 pairs of glasses and my eyes still didn’t feel right. Went back. The Dr said she was ordering me a new pair of lenses . I’m still waiting. No call, no email. I’ve called 2x left messages. No return call. I’ve made an appointment with an eye doctor recommended by my primary physician. No more of these gas station eye glass centers. Yeah they are cheaper and that’s exactly what you get! BTW, they are cheaper until they aren’t anymore. You’ll see.
I've been a patient of Dr. Russell Smith for over 30 years, however, I cannot get this location to answer the phone or return my messages so that I can schedule an eye exam. I received a call the next day following the response from the owner. They were able to get me in right away and as per usual the team was very professional and knowledgeable.
