I’ve been to Shopko got 2 pairs of glasses and my eyes still didn’t feel right. Went back. The Dr said she was ordering me a new pair of lenses . I’m still waiting. No call, no email. I’ve called 2x left messages. No return call. I’ve made an appointment with an eye doctor recommended by my primary physician. No more of these gas station eye glass centers. Yeah they are cheaper and that’s exactly what you get! BTW, they are cheaper until they aren’t anymore. You’ll see.
I've been a patient of Dr. Russell Smith for over 30 years, however, I cannot get this location to answer the phone or return my messages so that I can schedule an eye exam. I received a call the next day following the response from the owner. They were able to get me in right away and as per usual the team was very professional and knowledgeable.

I did not have a good experience at all with this Shopko. First off, I had to do all the leg work to find and verify my insurance which happened to cause my appt to be rescheduled. I'm fine with a rescheduled appt, but when I called the day before my rescheduled day, they still had not found my insurance information. I called my insurance to get all the information. My appointment was first thing in the morning and having early appointments isn't my favorite thing to do. But the experience i had actually made my morning better. Scott was so professional and friendly. He got me in right away and was just kind. The doctor was friendly and quick. You can just tell that they care about you and want you to have a good experience. I heard the staff and doctors all greeting each other. The whole atmosphere was just so friendly and upbeat. It was a great experience
