I had to share how kind Bailey was. She was so sweet. She walked with me trying to pick out frames and had me trying on frames I may not have tried. I've never had anyone ever help me pick out frames. Resulting in my just hoping for the best. She was so sweet. I hope she stays a very long time. I've seen Dr Smith for quite some time now and he's always great. Has some good eye jokes of course. But Bailey stuck out at this visit. She did a great job and even the puff of air was not bad! Seriously the best I've ever had!
Bellevue Shopko Optical is my new favorite location & I’ve been telling everyone about my wonderful experience! I had old glasses that I had been gluing & taping for months. They were done. I walked in with no appointment hoping to get them fixed. The extremely polite lady tried but they were hopeless. She looked up my info & said I was due for an exam & new glasses, and that they could get me in right now. They were very kind and respectful. I had no problems and the experience overall was great! The rooms and whole building was clean and their prices are amazing! I recommend going, especially if its your first time going to an eye doctor appointment. Try it out!!
Found the staff to be professional and helpful in styling and pairing me with a set of glasses. The turnaround on having the actual glasses designed, and shipped for my use leaves a lot to desired: takes weeks for them to be delivered.
I have double vision and had lived with it for over 15 years. My other eye doc never once told me that they had prism glasses. It was only a fluke that while waiting for my granddaughter to get her eye exam that I mentioned my 'wish' that someone would invent glasses that corrected double vision.
