I've been a patient of Dr. Russell Smith for over 30 years, however, I cannot get this location to answer the phone or return my messages so that I can schedule an eye exam. Is this location now closed?
I did not have a good experience at all with this Shopko. First off, I had to do all the leg work to find and verify my insurance which happened to cause my appt to be rescheduled. I'm fine with a rescheduled appt, but when I called the day before my rescheduled day, they still had not found my insurance information. I called my insurance to get all the information. My appointment was first thing in the morning and having early appointments isn't my favorite thing to do. But the experience i had actually made my morning better. Scott was so professional and friendly. He got me in right away and was just kind. The doctor was friendly and quick. You can just tell that they care about you and want you to have a good experience. I heard the staff and doctors all greeting each other. The whole atmosphere was just so friendly and upbeat. It was a great experience
Stole $200 from me for an eye exam that lasted 2 hours an hour forty five of that was sitting around waiting. Just for them to never even submit my order for contacts. Complete waste of my time and the place is ran horribly. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.
If it is 4:20 in the afternoon, and you do not close until 7 p.m. my expectation would be that you might answer the ringing telephone. Hopefully, you call back so I can update my review. Thanks.
