Greedy property managers who don't give a crap about small businesses. It's all about raising the rent to maximize profits. These people are the reason you have such bad inflation, they are raising rent to where businesses eiher cannot survive or they have to raise their rates to the point where they lose business. these people are evil and don't care about you.
Northwood Town Center is an eyesore compared to the rest of Irvine. Please stop impeding businesses within from updating their premises/storefronts. The gas station has been waiting for over a year.
