Always messing up my orders and forced to pay a $15 restocking fee per item that I return. No exchanges allowed either even if all I did was open the package and look at them.

Always takes at least 1.5 hours to unload, even if they only have 5 items, caused one of our drivers to quit because they held him for 6 hours, tried to say he was late, and then when told to put everything back on trailer and they'll get it whenever we could get around to getting back here, proceeded to unload everything in 20 minutes.
