We recently had a stair runner installed and couldn't be happier with the result. After calling several carpet contractors, we decided to go with Paul's business. He and his team were responsive, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The installation team arrived on time, worked quickly and did a great job. The runner looks fantastic. I'd recommend Carpet Plus for their quality service.
Paul worked with us to find a high quality carpet within our price range. He was extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly explained what kinds of carpet would work best for our needs and price point. He came out to do the measurements and was able to ensure that we did not overpay by planning the area very efficiently and for only $20 he offered to bind one 4ft x 6ft section if we wanted it. In the past 2 weeks, we have had carpeting, luxury vinyl planking, and luxury vinyl tiles purchased & installed by Carpets Plus. The owners were so knowledgeable and helped us determine the best products for our needs. The installers were polite and neat but clearly skilled and handled every intricacy without a problem. We'll go back to finish the last room in our home!
