I am a returning online customer with Shop Avara. However, I was recently sent the wrong item as part of an almost $400 order. I needed the sweater for a weekend trip and reached out by email and asked that they immediately send me the correct sweater and I would ship them the much cheaper shirt back. Make you are aware of the 20 day return window. They wouldn't take back my items today due to being past 20 days. BEWARE
BEWARE of ordering from this site. I have bought a few items from Avara and have been disappointed in the sizing. When in doubt, size up because they have a strict return policy (as well as charging you for that). I am a solid size 12 or Large. The first dress I ordered was adorable but when I received it, it fit like a medium and was cheaply made. The next item I bought was a blouse. I think the shopping experience is fine unless you have to return something. I lost almost $20 in the process. Quite expensive to just try on an item.
Came in to buy some birthday gifts for my mom because she loves to shop here. I got to meet Margaret and Caroline, who were so helpful and were even able to pull up my mom's account to see what sizes she buys in certain styles. So simple and easy, thank you again.
