TOYALLY DISSATISFIED AND DISSAPOINTING With this brand and customer service. Almost 2 months since I pay for a necklace and neither receive it or received a tracking number. You offer a time to ship that’s is a scam and the last email was even responded. I’m going to leave my reviews and I really want my money back ASAP. You have to be honest with your times!!!!!!!!! I have can put ZERO I will
The staff were so helpful and amazing! The cute store has some wonderful clothes inside! I had no idea how close they were to me! I had a return and they offered to send another size without any shipping charges! The item arrived in 2 business days!
Ordered online for an upcoming trip giving almost two weeks for items to arrive. Package has been delayed with no movement in tracking for almost a week. Reached out to customer service who offered very little assistance. Items are still stuck at Dallas USPS. First and last time customer
Love my strawberry sandals and cardigan! 🍓
First time buyer here- I love everything I purchased and have gotten so many compliments already! I had one small issue with my order, but customer service got back to me with lightning speed. I can’t recommend this shop enough and I can’t wait to buy more!
