The positions the kids are in are very awkward and not natural. Can we get someone to help position the kids better. They are always hunched over or in some awkward position… it has to be possible because I so family photos every year and for some reason lifetouch always is very odd. :(. Sorry

Photos were blurry and overpriced. I expect expensive, but I at least wish they would be crisp and clear. One of the parents on our team had to hold the shade during the team shoot because they had no one to do it.

Been trying to get a hold of a representative or somebody to discuss with them about issuing a refund because my son had missed the photo shoot and I haven’t been able to get a hold of anybody. It’s very unprofessional. It’s been over a week now and I still haven’t been able to get a refund or get in contact with anybody for that matter. Don’t not use them

My son is on a special needs kids team in Santa Cruz and for the last 10 years we've had good experiences with other photographers with his baseball "Angels " team. This year this production company was a huge disappointment and for the first time we're not purchasing the photos. In the past at least 3-4 people from a different company were on the photography crew and did a great job. There was only one person who came this year, without a decent set up.
