This Place is nice staff is great. Got there was a long wait but they said they would call me when it became open. Nice they keep their word. That means everything to me. Plenty of guns there and ammo. Place looks in great shape.
Like most are saying they are short staffed but they are also unorganized and willing to lie to customers. My experience is with a bad FFL Transfer experience. Do not use them as your FFL transfer because they are weeks behind. They sat on my Glock19 for over 2 weeks and I had to call the gun seller in Oklahoma and have them call before they would respond to me. My family and I took the gun class and we had a great time. Instructor Cassandra was wonderful and Knowledgeable on the safety and how to handle a gun.
We went for my 50th birthday fun. I had free range time and we had a great time
Went in today about noon signed up for the range, they told me 1 hour 11/2 hour wait, 4 hours later still waiting. While waiting in store took 20 mins to get help, while 4 employees stood around talking to one another. 🤬 It gets better now 5 hours later. I get someone to call me, telling me it’s not there fault, when I ask to talk to a manager they hang up on me.
Best place for letting the steam off.
Bought a family annual membership. Generally satisfied with this business except learned afterward that we could only reserve one range even though three of us were members. Should have told us this upfront before
