Frost time shooting the The staff came to help us make sure we were doing everything right
only service people who live 10 minutes from there location. I signed up for a waiting list and told me 2:15 minute wait. so I went home, called me and told me lane was ready. I show up wait in line and they tell me I took to long after I drove down grand from thunderbird rd. It usually takes me 15 minutes to get there but accident slowed me down so I get there in 25 minutes after they call me. couldn't even call me back and say my lane was given up. subpar customer service.
Just got our hand guns here. Very great staff, Chris was very helpful. Told him an idea of what we were looking for and pointed out one of the ones we were looking at on a different site. Good buying experience and going to be taking some classes they offer. Really surprised on how knowledgeable, helpful and nice everyone was.

We went last night for lady’s night SO DISAPPOINTED!! - got there a little before 5 put our names on the list - got checked in on the IPads and waited. We were told there were to many people in the building please go wait in your car and we will call you, so we did. I’ve been wanting to get a gun for a long time but always pushed it off. This world is crazy and I want to protect myself not wait for someone to protect me! Thank you so much to Ed for helping me get my first gun! Glock 43x. I was looking for a gun small enough to conceal and he was so patient (I can never make up my mind) lol and gave me all the information I needed to make my decision! I totally recommend anyone interested in purchasing to go to shooters world and see Ed!

My husband and I just completed the ‘Family Handgun 1’ course taught by Cassandra. We enjoyed it and plan to sign up for the concealed weapons course.
