Food was served quick and tasted really good.Would definitely return. Added valet parking was a huge plus.
Went for a birthday brunch. Service was great and food was good. The only bad issue i had was the bathroom was in bad shape. Valet service was fast. Got my car within two mins. Really looking forward to going back again to try thier dinner service.
The place is nice. Love eating on the water. Wait staff seems as though they don't feel the need to be attentive as the gratuity is already added onto the bill. The valet were probably the most attentive there. I left my phone in the car and as I was walking back to get it he was already bringing it to me. It amazes me after reading a lot of the poor revues I notice Shooters doesn't respond to any of them. Must be nice to not have to care about what your customers think.
First of the staff at the front desk was rude. They more training with customer service. Then we told the staff we wanted to be outside they put us in the inside. Finally after complaining were later put on the outside. Then we were told kids eat free if doing the buffet. They charged the kids. We had to explain we were not told under 4 years old eat free. Great service and Good food . I haven't been here in a while and was pleased to see the place has only gotten better.
Lovely atmosphere and decor. The employee were friendly and accommodating. We waited quite some time to get the food but they apologized for the wait. I however wish there was a greater variety of food on the menu.

My mom and I were there last night for the Winterfest Boat Parade and had the most amazing time!! The food was delicious and our server Mikey was very attentive. Our view from our table was PERFECT and I have to thank Robin for helping me choose the right table. A couple of weeks ago when I was making the reservation I was hesitant and unsure about which table to reserve so Robin went and sat at each table, took pictures of the views, and gave me her recommendations.
