I go to shooters all the time. my food and my friends good was cold. We sent it back twice. One really made matters worst. the manager never came over to apologize or provide explanation. This was the worst services I have ever received from Shooters. I normally take my out town guests. That won't happen again. Good Management can break a restaurant.
