Got 1 drink at a table with friends eating. Waiter didn’t know how much it was. Gave him $10 and he never came back. Couldn’t find him in the crowd. Order from the bar!!
Waited 30min befor waiter even brought out water or took our order. Waite staff not very knowledgeable of the menu or pricing, every question asked the response was I’m not sure I’m new, and was two different staff members. Ordered walleye nuggets which were under cooked, and overpriced for the small portion they give you. They the waiter says they ran out of large take out trays and he looked. Had not been to the Flats in a couple of years. So, I decided to treat myself for lunch. Of course the patio is the perfect place to sit. First of all, I do not like plastic cups and glasses. Got the walleye nuggets which were flavorful, but, overpriced for the quantity! Waite service was nice. Probably won't be back, went down memory lane, and I'm good.
Charlie and Maggie were so fun to be around. They jive one another so well. We were there on Sunday and had such a great time. Great example of an excellent team!
Charlie was an excellent server! We had good food with an amazing view.
We held an event and everything was wonderful. The staff was on top of their game and accommodating. The only criticism could not be helped- noise from the bar area.
