I ordered calamari which was salty, jumbo shrimp dinner ( when asked I was told by the waiter 6 jumbo shrimp ). I received my food fast. Baked potatoe was so cold butter would not melt, instead of jumbo shrimp I got popcorn shrimp. Sent dinner and calamari back. I advised waiter I did not want anything else. What a disappointment! We came here to see live music and walked in while the band was walking out. They cancelled their Thursday nite entertainment at the last minute! Spoke to manager and that left even more of a bad taste! He was not even apologetic. We had a large group coming to dance and told us he cancelled it via Facebook hours ago (I don't see it on here do you?) Thank goodness for our great server who we advised to find another job because we felt bad for him that he even had to work here!
Over charged my account and the manager was rude and told me "to get the f**k out". I will follow up with the restaurant owner.
Food was pretty good love the spinach art dip didn't like they don't serve wings
I chose this restaurant for Mother's Day and made reservations ... I had no problem waiting to be seated I had no problem waiting extra to order... When the food came every one got one but me the mom on Mother's Day all of their sides were cold and getting the problem fixed wasn't fast or great when I finally got my food my family was done eating and my sides didn't even come with the meal I had to wait on that also .... I had a server named Roy A. He had a big table so didn't come by for 11 minutes. We finally got drinks 8 mins later and ordered. Food arrived and we had to go get utensils from another server. He never came back one time in the next 45 mins. Had to go to the outdoor bar to get drinks. Mentioned to him his lack of focus and he brought check and never came by again.
Waited forever to be seen by a bartender. They all just stood around and talked. So I went to the bar outside. Only reason I am giving 3 stars is because the atmosphere was fun and the band was great!
Wonderful atmosphere but takes forever for service! Bartenders need more personality & people skills!!!!
Waited 30 minutes at the bar, not one of the FIVE bartenders even acknowledged us. Finally (after the person next to us said something to her) a bartender took our drink order (2 bloody marys). She told us they were doing shift change and to ask another bartender. She then continued to help other bar guests and make service well drinks for twenty-five minutes before leaving. We were finally served, just shy of being there an hour. Get your shit together shooters.
